Our expertise extends as well to drafting and reviewing contracts, and to providing legal advice and legal representation in cases involving contractual disputes.

We are also ready to help you with any questions about employment law. Our focus is on collective and individual dismissal law, reorganisations, mergers and co-determination matters. We also specialise in the Dutch Senior Executives in the Public and Semi-Public Sector (Standards for Remuneration) Act (Wet normering topinkomens), and are particularly passionate about healthcare-related topics.

Aladár Bleeker acts as advisor for organisations that want or need to change. For organisations and teams, Aladár acts as a facilitator or coach to guide a session, team day, or communication or change project. He helps organisations to co-create change and improvement-programmes aimed at mutual communication and organisational development. As a coach, Aladár guides both professionals and teams in their personal and professional growth and development.
